All conference attendees, including law firm attorneys, corporate counsel, corporate representatives, conference sponsors, and CLE speakers are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements.

Registered attendees will receive a discounted Group Room Rate: $399.00

*Exclusive of applicable state and local sales taxes, resort fees and occupancy fees.

You must be registered for the Conference to reserve a room at the group rate. Registered attendees will receive a link to reserve their hotel room for the Conference in an email confirming their registration. Any rooms reserved at the group rate by non-registered individuals are subject to cancellation without prior notice. The group room rate will be honored three (3) days before and after the Conference dates, subject to room availability.

Please book your room as early as possible. The group rate will be available until January 17, 2026, or until we have reached capacity.

Please note:

The reservation cutoff date is January 17, 2026, 12:00 PM PST.
The special rate will be honored three (3) days pre/post based on space and rate availability.
The hotel room occupancy is up to two adults at the group rates. The third adult will increase the rate $50+ and the fourth adult $100+ more per night.
Bedding is on a request basis only and will be confirmed upon arrival.
Connecting rooms may be available to confirm at $100 per set per night plus tax.

Airport Information

The Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is conveniently located between two major Southern California airports:

John Wayne Airport (SNA) – Approximately 25 miles / 30 minutes from the resort.
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) – Approximately 60 miles / 75–90 minutes from the resort.

Ground transportation options such as Uber, Lyft, taxis, and rental cars are available at both airports.

Attendees are encouraged to compare flights into both airports to determine the most convenient and cost-effective route.
