NOTE: There will be no manual or on-site registrations.

LAW FIRM ATTORNEYS (EXPO PARTICIPANTS) REGISTRATION
- Law Firm Attorneys who are sponsors have a specific number of complimentary registrations based on the sponsorship level.
- If your law firm is a sponsor, your law firm’s contact will receive information about your firm’s complimentary registrations.
- Please confirm with your law firm re: sponsorship before registering. Refunds will be processed on a rolling basis and may be subject to a processing fee.
LAW FIRM ATTORNEY REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Online registration will be available until the deadline, or when capacity is reached.
All Law firm participants must be current members of both the National Bar Association and the Commercial Law Section. If your NBA and Section dues are not current, please be sure to pay your dues on-line at www.nationalbar.org.
If the law firm is not a sponsor, a law firm may have no more than two (2) Partners/Counsel and two (2) Associates attend the Conference. All law firm sponsors may have up to six (6) attendees. The number of attendees includes those who are speaking during the Conference.
CORPORATE COUNSEL/GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Each organization may register up to eight (8) Corporate Counsel and/or Government Representatives with or without sponsorship. The registration fee is waived for corporate counsel. However, corporate counsel are responsible for ensuring that their company conducts an informational interview with at least four (4) law firms.
EXECUTIVE DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION PROFESSIONALS
Limited to one registration per sponsoring law firm.
GUEST REGISTRATION FEES
The guest registration fee is $400.00 per guest and must be included with the participant’s Conference registration. This fee is reserved for spouses and non-attorney guests. The guest fee includes the Thursday Welcome Reception, Friday Awards Celebration & Dinner and Saturday Farewell Reception. Attorneys cannot attend the conference as guests. Each attorney must pay a separate registration fee or use a firm sponsorship registration.
OTHER FEES
All cancellations will be subject to a $100.00 administrative fee. No cancellations will be accepted after January 3, 2025. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to the NBA Commercial Law Section Administrator at commericallaw@nationalbar.org . Refunds will take approximately six to eight weeks following the Conference to process. A registration may be transferred to another attorney within the same law firm on or before January 3rd. After this date there will be a administrative fee of $100. The final deadline to transfer your registration is January 17, 2026. Please note that activity fees (golf clinic, golf tournament, spa, rum tasting, and tennis/pickleball) are non refundable for transfers. The final deadline to transfer your registration is Monday, January 19, 2026.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email and sent to NBA Commercial Law Section at commerciallaw@nationalbar.org. The subject line should include your name and “Cancellation Request”.
- All cancellation refunds will be subject to a $100.00 administrative fee.
- Refund requests will take approximately 6-8 weeks after the last day of the Conference to complete.
- No cancellations or refund requests will be accepted after Friday, January 9, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
TRANSFER POLICY
Registrations may be transferred to another attorney within the same law firm or organization.
REQUEST A TRANSFER
All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to commerciallaw@nationalbar.org no later than Friday, January 9, 2026, at 8:00 PM EST. The subject line should include your name and “Transfer Request” in the subject line.
NO-SHOW POLICY
- Failure to attend the annual conference shall not entitle you to receive any refund or credit.
- Your notice of cancellation of registration does not otherwise affect or alter your hotel and travel arrangements, and you may remain solely responsible for the costs of your hotel and travel reservations, including applicable cancellation charges.
