Registration Information

Categories, rates, who may attend in each, and the cancellation, transfer and no-show policies.

Rates, registration windows and policies below apply to the 40th Annual Corporate Counsel Conference, February 25–27, 2027, in Orlando.

Registration Windows

Each window closes on its date or when capacity is reached, whichever comes first. On-site registration is not permitted.

All law firm participants must be current members of both the National Bar Association and the Commercial Law Section. If your NBA and Section dues are not current, please pay them before registering.
A law firm that is not a sponsor may register no more than two (2) Partners/Counsel and two (2) Associates.
Sponsoring law firms may register up to six (6) attendees. The count includes anyone speaking during the Conference.
Sponsoring firms receive a number of complimentary registrations set by their sponsorship level; your firm’s contact will receive that information. Confirm your firm’s sponsorship before registering.
If your law firm is a sponsor and you register without using the sponsor code, you can seek reimbursement from your law firm. If the invoice has not been processed, your registration fee will be deducted from your firm’s invoice. Otherwise, refunds are subject to processing within six to eight weeks. Please coordinate internally with your organization. A $100.00 administrative fee will be deducted.

Each organization may register up to eight (8) corporate counsel and/or government representatives, with or without sponsorship.
Complimentary registration is provided to corporate counsel that interview four (4) or more law firm attorneys. Should in-house counsel not want to participate, they are welcome to register at the applicable law firm attorney rates.
Interviews take place in the Law Firm & Corporate Counsel Connections Lounge.

The guest fee is reserved for spouses and non-attorney guests, and must be included with the participant’s Conference registration.
It includes the Welcome Reception, the Awards Gala & Dinner and the Farewell Reception.
Attorneys cannot attend as guests. Each attorney must pay a separate registration fee or use a firm sponsorship registration.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to commerciallaw@nationalbar.org no later than Friday, January 15, 2027, at 11:59 PM PT. Please include “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
All cancellation refunds are subject to a $100.00 administrative fee.
Refunds take approximately six to eight weeks after the last day of the Conference to process.

A registration may be transferred to another attorney within the same law firm or organization.
All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to commerciallaw@nationalbar.org no later than Friday, January 15, 2027, at 11:59 PM PT. Please include “Transfer Request” in the subject line.
Activity fees, including golf clinic, golf tournament, and the tequila tasting, are non-refundable and non-transferable on a transfer request.

Failure to attend the annual conference does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
Cancelling your registration does not alter your hotel or travel arrangements. You remain responsible for those costs, including any cancellation charges.
