Group Room Rate

Starting at $459 per night

Rate varies by room type and occupancy and is exclusive of applicable state and local sales taxes, resort fees and occupancy fees.

Reservation Cut-Off

January 22, 2027 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time

or until the NBA-CLS room block reaches capacity, whichever occurs first.

Reserve Your Room

You must be registered for the Conference to reserve a room at the NBA-CLS group rate. Registered attendees will receive the hotel reservation link in their registration confirmation email.

Please book early. Rooms at the group rate are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations made at the group rate for individuals who are not registered for the Conference may be canceled without prior notice.

Occupancy & Room Requests

  • The group rate covers up to two adults per room. A third adult is an additional $25 or more per night, and a fourth adult is an additional $25 or more per night.
  • Bedding requests are not guaranteed and will be confirmed upon arrival.
  • Connecting rooms may be confirmed, when available, for $100 per set, per night, plus tax.
  • The group rate may be available for up to three days before and three days after the Conference, subject to room and rate availability.
  • After making your reservation, please contact the hotel directly regarding any changes, modifications or cancellations.

Airport Information

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the primary airport serving the Orlando area and is approximately 20 miles (25 to 30 minutes) from Conrad Orlando at Evermore.

The hotel does not provide airport shuttle service. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation between the airport and the hotel. Rideshare services, taxis and rental cars are available at Orlando International Airport.

Parking Information

Valet: Currently, overnight and day guests are charged $50.00 per night with unlimited in and out privileges. Parking fees are subject to tax, currently 12.5%.
